- Tip of the day: Custom fields
To make a custom field, just add a tag in the following format:
Field Name: Field Data
Where the name is the category, and the data is whatever you want to store. SO, for example:
Fax: 5551234556
Or:
Status: Lead
- Tip of the day: Bookmarking Tags
When adding a tag to a message, you can force it to the top of the list of tags for that person by placing a star (*) after it:
Tags: Tag one, Tag Two*, Tag Three, Tag four
